Refund Policy:

 

  • There will be no refund for payment made for products after we have started to process the services for the customer.
  • However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
  • Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
    • Transaction identification number
    • Valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
  • All requests submitted are subjected to approval on a case to case basis.

 

Delivery Policy:

 

  • Lioele.com.sg provides delivery within Singapore only.
  • We engage the services of Singpost.
  • All parcels will be delivered by Singapore Post via Normal or Register Mail. Customers are encouraged to opt for the register mail.
    • Purchases under $99  (Gst Inclusive). 
      • Normal Mail: Free
      • Register Mail: $3.00
    • Purchases above $100  (Gst Inclusive) 
      • Register Mail: Free
  • We will deliver the parcel within 4 working days to Singapore Post after the order is made, subjected to the service of delivery agent. And we are not liable to the late delivery whatsoever, caused by the third party.
  • Delivering to a different address.
    You may place an order to be delivered to a different address in Singapore other then your billing address.
  • As packaged items are often bulky, it will not fit into most post box. In such cases if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the package, postman would leave a collection note to collect at nearest post office.
  • When packages are not collected at the post office after a stipulated time, the packages will be returned to Lioele Singapore. We will contact customer to re-arrange for delivery.
  • Delivery address cannot be changed once the product is posted out. Lioele will not be responsible for products that fail to reach customers in such instances.
  • Military and P.O box address
    Due to delivery restrictions, delivery is not available for APO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.

 

Purging of outstanding shopping cart order

 

  • After order is added to the shopping cart, please make the payment by end of the month. Else, it will be purged from the system.
